@editor Not harsh at all. It's not hard to have amazing customer service and still maintain a casual and relaxed environment.

@Rae The response was pretty fast: "I apologize for the baristas behavior. I'll be more than glad to assist you. I would like you to know that we take your concerns seriously and I will share your comments with the store's management team in order to address this situation."
